Talya possesses nearly two decades of communications strategy experience in the public sector, including government ministries and local authorities, as well as extensive experience in political communications consulting. Talya brings together sharp and analytical thinking, along with creative, out-of-the-box insights to expertly develop strategic plans and provide added value in decision-making processes. Throughout her career, she has acted as communications adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transportation, Minister of Aliyah and Immigration as well as Director of the Strategy Department and Spokesperson for the Municipality of Rishon LeZion, the fourth largest city in Israel. In recent years she represented business firms in various arenas, such as Defense and Homeland Security industries, innovation and Startup companies etc.
Talya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University and an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management Academic Studies.
